An alternative destination is not a way to bypass disclosure or a medical rule. It is a separate legal application with its own eligibility conditions.

- Destination country and exact visa or permit category.
- Employment, residence, study or visitor purpose.
- Applicant nationality and passport.
- Employer, occupation and contract length.
- Medical screening authority and authorised clinic.
- Required tests, forms, validity and translation rules.
