A deducted-looking payment does not always mean that an appointment slip was successfully generated. The bank may show a pending authorisation, the payment may have failed, or the official system may have created a slip that you have not yet found. Start by checking the official appointment-slip search and your booking email. Do not pay again immediately. Preserve the transaction reference and contact the correct support channel only after checking whether the first payment is pending, reversed or completed.
Identify the payment state
Ask your bank whether the transaction is pending, completed, reversed or declined. A pending authorisation can disappear or reverse without a separate Wafid refund decision. A completed charge with no slip needs a different enquiry from a failed card attempt.
Keep:
- Transaction reference and date/time.
- Amount and currency.
- Last four card digits only, if a verified channel requests them.
- Passport and nationality used for the attempt.
- Email address used for the booking.
- Error message or confirmation screen.
Never share CVV, PIN, password or OTP. Do not send an unredacted card photograph or full bank statement to an unknown WhatsApp number.
Search for an existing slip before paying again
Use the official slip-search page at Official Wafid slip search with the passport and nationality details requested there. Also check the medical-status search at /medical-report-check if the examination record may already exist. Search your inbox and spam folder for the official confirmation.
If a slip exists, save it and do not create another booking. If no slip appears, record the exact search time and error. The official Wafid FAQ says that applicants who paid but did not receive a generated slip should contact its listed support channel with transaction and identity information. Follow the current FAQ rather than copying an old email address from a blog.
Duplicate payments
If two charges are completed, keep both references and ask the official payment-support route how to request review. The FAQ currently lists nationality, access date/time, passport, name, cardholder, email and bank evidence for a duplicate-payment request. Use only the minimum necessary information through a verified official channel, and redact unrelated transactions.
Refund review is not the same as cancellation of a slip. Read /wafid-appointment-cancellation-refund for the separate questions to ask.
Assistance payments are separate
If you paid this website for independent appointment assistance, that transaction follows the receipt and /refund-policy. If you paid the official Wafid portal, use the official support route. If you paid a medical centre, ask the centre about its own examination charges. Do not combine all amounts into one “GAMCA fee” when making a complaint.
A safe support message
Subject: Wafid payment completed but appointment slip not found
Hello, I made a Wafid appointment payment and cannot find the generated slip. Date/time: [date/time]. Transaction reference: [reference]. Passport last four characters: [0000]. Nationality: [nationality]. Email used: [email]. The bank status is [pending/completed/reversed]. Please confirm whether an appointment exists and advise the secure next step.
Send the message only through a verified official channel. Do not attach card security codes.
Frequently asked questions
Should I pay again if the first payment was deducted?
No, first check the bank status and search for an existing slip. Ask the official support route if the status is unclear.
Does a pending bank charge mean Wafid has my money?
Not necessarily. Ask the bank whether the authorisation is settled or pending.
Can this website recover an official Wafid payment?
Independent assistance cannot replace the official payment-support process. Use the channel that received the payment.
What information should I hide?
Never share OTP, CVV, PIN or password. Share only the minimum transaction and identity information requested through a verified channel.
How long will a refund take?
Do not rely on a fixed time unless the payment recipient gives you one in writing. The bank and official support process control the outcome.
