Small differences between a passport and a Wafid appointment request can create avoidable delays. Before submitting an application from Pakistan, compare the spelling, passport number, nationality, date of birth, examination city and country of travel with the source documents.
Check every field before submission
Read the passport character by character, including zero versus the letter O and the order of given and family names. Confirm the selected examination city and travel country. Wafid explains that the center is assigned according to the selected city, so applicants should not assume they can choose a particular clinic manually. If you find an error early
Stop and correct the information before submitting a payment or relying on a generated document. Keep a copy of the corrected details. If the booking is already issued
Do not edit a PDF yourself. Keep the original reference and contact the official channel or assigned center for the permitted correction route.
